We will show you how to enable the waiting room in Zoom.

While Scheduling a meeting:

You can enable the waiting room while you are scheduling the Zoom meeting.

ursuline.zoom.us interface:

If you are schedling the Zoom meeting from the ursuline.zoom.us interface, check the 'Waiting Room' check box under the Security section.

Outlook 365 Add-On:

You may also enable the waiting room while you are scheduling a meeting using the Outlook 365 Zoom Add-On:

Click on the Settings icon under the Zoom section on the ribbon. Check the 'Waiting Room' checkbox under the Security section.

After you start your meeting:

You may also enable the waiting room after you already started the meeting.

Click on the Security icon on the bottom of the Zoom window. Click on the 'Enable Waiting Room' button (A check mark will appear next to it indicating that it is enabled).
