Quick Assist tool allows an Ursuline College IT Technician to remote into your computer to assist you in real time. This tool is only available to Windows 10 users.
- Click on the 'Start' button once.
- Type 'Quick Assist'.
- An icon for 'Quick Assist' app should show in the results.
- Launch the 'Quick Assist' app.
- The technician you are working with will give you a code. Enter the code and click on 'Share Screen'.
- Shortly after you click on Share Screen, you will be connected with the technician.
- The technician will need to request access to view/control your screen. Please see screen shot below as an example.
- Please read the 'Share your screen' window and make sure the name listed belongs to one of our Ursuline College technicians.
- Click 'Allow'.
