Issue 1:
When I launch a Zoom meeting, my camera is not working, I people can't hear me, and I may or may not be able to hear people in the meeting.
Solution:
You are probably launching the Zoom meeting from Remote Desktop Services. You must launch the Zoom meeting from a browser on your local machine.
How do I know if my browser is on the local machine or remote?
- One method is to inspect the browser icon you are launching the meeting from.
- Browser on Remote Desktop will have a small round icon with two green arrows pointing towards each other.

- Now that you can identity which browser you are using, you can log-in to your email from the local machine browser and click on the Zoom meeting link from there.
Issue 2:
The zoom meeting link I received doesn't seem to be a click-able link.
Solution:
The web version of Outlook doesn't highlight hyper-links with a blue underlined highlight as usual.
- Highlight the full link text by dragging from one end of the link to the other.
- Right click on the link and click copy.
- Open a browser on your local computer 'Refer to Issue 1 above on how to distinguish between Remote and Local browser'.
- Paste the copied link in the address bar.
