This article will walk you through how to change your account password using Microsoft's Self-Service Portal

Steps

1. Navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

2. Enter your User Name in the "User ID:" field.

3. Complete the Captcha.

4. Choose the "I forgot my password" option and click Next.

5. Choose your verification option (Such as "Text my mobile phone"). Enter your registered phone number and click "Text".

6. Enter your verification code (That you recieved either by text or email depending on the option you choose in step 5). Cick Next.

7. Enter your new password and repeat it in the "Confirm new password:" box. Click Finish.

8. If you were successfull in reseting your password, you will get the following notification.

9. navigate to https://my.ursuline.edu and click on the Login on the top of the screen.

10. Login using your new password!
