When should I use this article?
1- When you are about to get a new phone number (or lost your phone), you should log-in to your profile, delete the old number, and setup the new one.
2- If you only have 1 method of verification registered, you may want to add another one. (One of these methods should be email or security questions - This will be helpful if you travel to another country and don't have your cell phone)
How to change your information?
1- Go to http://myprofile.microsoft.com/
2- Log-in as you normal would log-in to your Email or Desire2Learn
3- Click on the "Security Info" tab on the left of the screen.
In order to:
- Add a new authentication method: Click on the "+ Add method" button.
- Change a current method: Click on the "Change" link to the right on the method.
- Delete a current method: Click on the "Delete" link to the right of the method.
- Change default method: Click on the "Change" link to the right of "Default sign-in method:" line.
What to do if you don't have access to any of your authentication methods?
1- Please submit a ticket by emailing servicedesk@ursuline.edu or calling us at 440-684-6013.
2- Please tell us your Name and Ursuline ID. After we verify your identity, we will prompt the system to ask you for fresh authentication methods!
